Hevin Hann extols on the many virtues of the dining scene in the Charlevoix region in Quebec. It is one of my favourite areas in the country. I tell people it’s like the Niagara region in Ontario; but instead of winery visits its all about visits to the many artisan farms; and Baie-Saint-Paul the chi-chi equivalent to Niagara-on-the-Lake is all about Art, rather than theatre.
